67-unit interior renovation program

One consistent interior scope across three floor plans: two-tone painted cabinets with new doors and fronts, resurfaced counters and tubs, vinyl plank and carpet, new doors, lighting, fixtures and appliances.

56-unit renovation with laundry additions

A 1950s community of garden apartments and townhomes. Tub-to-ceiling tile showers, new through-the-wall A/C, and in-unit washer/dryers added to every townhome, priced as their own line so ownership could weigh the cost against the rent premium.

12-unit budget-conscious refresh

A refresh-focused scope that kept what still worked (tub/surround, cabinets, interior doors) and put the budget into what residents notice most: cabinet doors, flooring, lighting, fixtures and appliances.
